This policy explains billing outcomes clearly before purchase. It applies globally, subject to mandatory local consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

1. Subscription Charges

  • - Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts.
  • - If you cancel, service remains active until period end; no prorated partial refund by default.
  • - Renewal charges follow the active plan unless cancelled before renewal date.

2. One-Time Services / Add-ons

  • - One-time setup and implementation services are non-refundable once work has started.
  • - If payment is made and work has not started, refunds may be considered case-by-case.

3. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges

  • - Report incorrect charges promptly with billing evidence.
  • - Verified duplicate/erroneous charges are corrected or refunded without undue delay.

4. No Outcome-Based Refunds

  • - Refunds are not granted solely because expected deliverability results were not achieved.
  • - MailFix does not guarantee 100% fix or 100% inbox placement.

5. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Where local law provides non-waivable refund/cooling-off rights (including some EU/EEA and US jurisdiction rules), those rights apply and prevail over conflicting wording in this policy.

Clear notice: default policy is no refund except for legal requirements or confirmed billing errors.
